Vegan Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Sharmila shares her delicious vegan smoothie bowl recipe, perfect for post yoga brunch!

Smoothie bowls are not only an excellent way to enjoy a smoothie with a spoon, but are also a great way to satisfy your sweet cravings with nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients for Smoothie Bowl

2 frozen bananas

½ cup strawberries

½ cup raspberries

½ cup non-dairy milk (I use almond milk for my smoothie bowls)

Ingredients for Energy Balls

½ cup each of your chosen nuts (I used almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts)

1 cup dates

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Top with crushed nuts, granola and dairy-free chocolate.

For a bonus nutritious punch, garnish with a couple of energy balls made by combining the nuts and dates in a food processor. When the dough is sticky and blended through, roll into balls of your desired size.
